rev:text	My first review of the year! It goes to my wrath for Canada Post! Let's see. Where do I start? I have had 4 packages delivered through Canada Post since the beginning of last month. 1st package: I called to ask them where it was and got the standard "we see what you see" response. I let her know that it says it would be delivered today but that the status said the order hadn't even been received by Canada Post. Girl repeated that she wasn't sure as she could...I'm sure you know what came next. 2nd package: Every time I entered the tracking info, CP kept saying that the information couldn't be found. This has happened to me before, with the tracking info only being recognized once my package enters Canada. So I figured all I had to do was wait. I waited and waited and waited some more. Finally when it had been over a month since my package was initially shipped, I called them...to find out that they had a record of losing my package about 2 weeks after it was shipped. Me: What? Why wasn't I contacted when you lost it? Why do I have to call you guys to find out it was lost over 3 weeks ago? Man: (Pause.) Well, if you ever want to know the status of your package, you can call us or go online. Me: I'm sorry. Did you graduate high school or did your ma ask you to drop out to take care of the family?! Man: (Pause.) Ma'am, I know you're upset but unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it on our end. Me: (Hangs up.) 3rd and 4th package: I checked CP's website today and they both show that they were delivered successfully yesterday. Now, unless the packages are invisible, I have not received either package. After having spoken to them twice before for packages 1 and 2, I'm literally talking myself down from losing it on them. I know now what rampage shooters feel like. If you can choose not to use CP, RUN to the nearest competitor. If you can't choose, I suggest you make a bet with a person who doesn't know about CP's foolery on when your package will arrive. At least that way, you have a greater chance of making your money back off a fool than ever seeing your merchandise.
