  • DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS FROM DORMEZ VOUS. I purchased two mattress from Dormez Vous, the first Kingdown, after 5 years the lining underneath the mattress ripped. They replaced the mattress with another Kingsdown. After one year the mattress has deep valleys and a hump in the middle. I called nine (9) weeks ago for a customer rep to come and evaluate the problem. I was told that someone would call me to set a date, still waiting. I called again left a message, no one returns the call. In addition I am told, if you speak to a person, that they have a back log. My question is if you have a back log, one, their mattresses must have a lot of problems, second, why not hire another customer rep to reduce the back log of 9 weeks.
