  • While on vacation, my wife's Costco glasses had one of her glasses lens completely craze over. Obviously some sort of defect in the manufacturing. The only other prescription eye-wear she had were sunglasses. I was flying home while she was driving back to California. Part of the drive would be in the dark. She needed glasses. Stephanie, at this LensCrafters, took great care of us. She was sympathetic to the situation and provided prompt and friendly service. My wife's lens are progressives and I didn't think they would be able to create these in short order, but I was wrong. My wife had a replacement pair of glasses in an hour.
