  • Worst check-in experience ever! The lady was obviously being trained but neither one could clearly explain to me the charges they were about to incur on my CC. So I tried to ask scenarios and they still acted as ignorant as possible. The fact that I could barely hear her because it seemed as if she were whispering didn't help at all. So as I'm getting more frustrated I'm trying to ask the same question I different ways. The, I guess, trainer, says; "we're going to get a manager cause you're clearly upset. Clearly she just can't answer a simple question! Then the manager comes up and says I said a word that they'll be putting in notes on my file. Wtf? What did I say? So then they make up a word and I laughed. Anyway. You get my point. Fuck this place and all their unnecessary rudeness & extra fees. They didn't even get me in the proper room so now it's going to be even more of a fucked up adventure. Don't worry! I'll never stay here again!
