  • Terrible receptionists who are rude and barely speak any English. They are very annoyed when you look Chinese but prefer to speak English with them. I asked to have a walk in appointment with them and they told me they were fully booked despite a completely empty clinic. The doctors are a hit and miss. I've been with them for a few years, I've seen some doctors who put effort in helping me and others that just say "I don't know what's wrong". I'm now with a new clinic. When my new doctor was stumped with an issue, he referred me to a specialist right away.
