  • Normally I have no issues with this place other than a long wait time. For the issue I go there with, generally it's so painful that it cannot wait that long. Today, although it's easter sunday, their website says open 9 to 3 on Sundays and holidays but the superstore website says closed. Why can't they put this on their site, or when I try to call change the message to say not open today? Now I'm stuck in pain all day (unfortunate that this situation arose on a holiday AND a sunday) but I'm not going to the ER to wait 5 or 6 hours for some antibiotics... second complaint, I once had to give a sample to them to be tested , and they called me back saying they needed another one because something happened to the sample (I.e. They spilled it....how do you spill a sample????? What are you doing??)
