  • I would give this place no stars if I could. I really wished I would have read the reviews for this place before I tried it. I usually go to Star Massage but I saw the sign, 90 minutes $28. Hmm, I thought... new place why not give it a try. We go in and nobody speaks English. I asked about different packages but they didn't explain anything so I just said we wanted the 90 minute special. They lady says that it's 30 minutes detox and 1 hr massage. Okay cool. We get ready for the massage. During the massage, my masseuse kept leaving to go tend to other customers coming in. Which takes away time from my massage.... minus. And they massage was not even great, I didn't feel relieved at all by the end of it. We finish the massage and go up to pay. And they masseuse says it's cash only even though there's a sign on the door that says visa and MasterCard accepted. He kept pushing us to pay cash. Until a woman came to the front to ask us. I told her it was either visa or nothing since we didn't carry cash. How crazy. If you do not accept credit why post it that you do. Another minus. At this point I was just not having a good experience. By the time the masseuse asked how much for tip, I opt to give only 20 % which I feel is very generous considering all the shitty service given. No sir, he makes a big deal that tip is normally $10 for. $28 massage. I tell him that I was not happy and clearly the picture states $10 if the customer is happy. And besides tip is no mandatory, it is entirely up to the customers discretion on how much tip to give. I should have given no tip considering how unhappy I was. But you know what.... what comes around goes around and I know they will definitely lose more customers in the end. Go to Star Massage across the way. Better masseuse that you are happy to give a $10 tip 50% tip.
