| - This particular Sprint store on Sahara is one of the corporate stores. I definitely would not plan on going to the store during one of the busier times like after 4 PM or on the weekends if you can help it.
The staff turnover in the store is horrendous! I have been a Sprint customer for over seven years and until recently found a franchise store that I liked, I was forced to come here. Now, I'm still forced to come here for some things other than phones, but I do my best to make my visits a minimum, and to plan my visits during hours when I believe them to be slow.
The staff can be rude and unhelpful. Purchasing a phone here can be quite grueling, because the purchase takes forever!!! Now, if I purchase a new phone and I have a change that must be made only three corporate store I come to this one as opposed to the corporate store in the Best of the West on the northwest side of town.
Do not come to this door expecting you'll find a repair area, or that any of the staff will even be able to advise you about if you need a repair. When I am not sure, I had to my franchise store and at least the staff can advise me there if it is something as simple as a reboot, or an app that is hanging the phone up. If you think you may need some advice and you come to this location, you could stand in line for an hour just to find out you need to go somewhere else.
Not only can the lines belong at the wrong time of day, the store is small so it can be very cramped. It seems like the layout is a waste of space. They really should revise and reduce their display of Sprint Nextel. I never see anyone over on that side. They also should hire more customer service attendants or have better scheduling for the staff they have. There is an additional customer service desk along the back wall, but I never see staff over there helping anyone.
Two of the things that I find easy at this store, which is why it got more stars than one, is that there is an automated center for bill paying, should you need it and they have always had the phone I wanted in stock. I cannot say that about the franchise store.
The location is also convenient to many neighborhoods nearby as well as other great businesses. If I wasn't so happy with my Sprint service in general, and found the franchise store for some of my needs that is quick and convenient, I would do my best to stay away from this place. Oh yeah, and it helps that Buldoggis is around the corner!!
