  • When I first came here Vi acted like they don't do much gel build-up but she said she could do it. They initially looked ok but then one nail totally lifted. One of the reasons I like gel build-up is they rarely lift. When I was going to be 9 minutes late for my 2nd appointment I called and she said I had to reschedule. I came in a few days later and as soon as I sat down she said the prices were going up. To this point I had seen no posted prices and was going by what she charged me the first time. She said it was like 75.00 for a new set with French tips? I was understandably shocked. She did my nail fill that day for 55.00 including charging me to fix the lifted nail. Now two weeks later I'm getting air bubbles and lifted nails. Never again. Do not go here for gel build-up nails. *Response to V: I wish you could see how bad my nails look right now. Air bubbles, white patches visible in the pink and left thumbnail totally fell off. That should not happen two weeks after a fill. If you are not comfortable doing gel build-up up, it's ok, just tell the customer. I wanted to give you a chance because you seem nice. But for what I pay I need good service. Sorry.
