  • I arrived at 10:30AM on a saturday for a pre-employment urine drug screen. I was told it could take 1.5 hrs to be seen. Ended up being a 2.5 hour wait! There was one technician in the back working solo with a physician. So completely understaffed. I asked the tech if this is typical for a saturday, and he answered yes.....we are almost ALWAYS understaffed. Unacceptable!
