  • I've used Penrose in the past for hair cuts but never for color. Yesterday I decided to branch out and try getting a partial here... I will not make that mistake again! The stylist was sweet but apparently did not understand what I asked for. I told her I wanted to look overall blond on top, NO STRIPES! I made the mistake of not having it dried out enough to see the final product. I went home and found that I had been given zebra stripes! That is a $45 mistake I won't be making again.
