This will be my first and last time in this FedEx location (it was the closest to my house). When I walked in, nobody even acknowledged me. I stood in front of the counters and I had to say something first to the two employees before they even said something to me. As I was filling out the forms, all I could hear is them complaining about work. When I was ready, I stood in front of the counter again and same thing, it was as if I didn't exist at all. Tina was the one who helped me and she just looked miserable. She was not very friendly at all, no smile or anything like that. She did not want to be there. I would understand if they were busy and didn't have time to acknowledge every customer but the fact that I was the only one there is just completely unacceptable. They were not helpful at all. I also don't think it was really appropriate to complain about work in front of customers. If you need to send a package through FedEx, I would advise to go to a different location.
