| - I wish I could leave ZERO stars. My home warranty company used this company. The dishwasher broke and molded the entire inside. When the technician opened the washer he said he had never seen anything like that in his career. He had already told me he had been doing this for 20 years, so to not have seen something that bad in 20 years, would tell any reasonable person that it is really bad. He told me that he was going to have to call GE himself and get one of there technicians to look at the photos he took of all the mold. He then said in the mean time he would we will replace the heat drying switch to see if that's the problem. So at this point he is guessing at was is causing the issue. I was shocked because for one dishes can air dry, there are dishwashers that don't even have a heat dry option. So why would that be causing the mold? And two, I was surprised he would not suggest that the dishwasher was beyond repair due to the mold. Because once mold gets into something you really can not control it. I would have had to take the rubber seals out, the door off, and so much more to get to every speck of mold and even then I would probably miss something and the mold would just grow back. When I asked him why he would not do that he said he was not going to "lie" for me....umm what? You just took pictures of my dishwasher and said you have never seen anything like that before, why is it lying to tell the home warranty that i need a new one. But fine, so I was fine with that. I told him to not worry about the heat dry switch that I was just going to go buy a new dishwasher, especially since he didn't feel like telling the home warranty how bad it was. So I called my home warranty, explained it to them. They said no problem we will refund you the fee you paid today. Perfect! Until Tarheel Appliance called me today to tell me that they got my part in and are coming to fix my dishwasher. So of course i try to start explaining it to the most rude woman I have ever spoken to in my life. And her response to me right off the bat was , "that's not our problem, and its not up to you" What???? She just started talking loud, very loud and I said "are you not in customer service and here to help me" and she screamed back at me that "yes, and she was amazing at her job". LOL, okay. So then I proceeded to explain that I didn't want them to come to fix the dishwasher, and she would not let me talk she just kept talking over me and screaming over me and when I asked to speak to someone else she hung up the phone. I tried to call back twice. and she would not answer. I left a message that was firm explaining that I had never been treated that way before and that if they showed up at my house I was calling the police. Whoa buddy, I do not recommend getting involved with these people. Just wow!
