  • I have going to Lavern Nails for years . Today I called to my appointment with Kim for a pedi and wax. My appointment was set for 3:45, I arrived promptly but she was running about 15 minutes behind. I was finally called back at 4pm. After my wax Kim started on my pedi. At 5pm another coworker came up to me to relay a message from the manager that next time I call in i n eed to specify what kind of wax because he only put me down for an hour and Kim had another customer waiting. In utter shock I told her that I was also waiting 15 minutes and that as a manger he should have asked what kind of wax I was scheduling so he could have set his appointments accordingly. She then tried to explain that he is a man and cant be asking those types of questions. After the change of ownership Lavern Nails is not the same. The only reason I return is because of Kim.
