Excellent! I am a gourmand from the Charleston campus at Johnson and Wales University from 14 years ago. I have moved to Charlotte to complete a bachelor's in Restaurant Management from the JWU now located here. I was impressed with the innovation and combination of flavors showcased on the menu in the dishes created by the Chef. My ex husband is a CIA graduate and we worked together in Sonoma Wine Country in the late nineties. I felt as if I had been brought back to California by the Chef's talent in combing intriguing, fresh and sometimes hard to find ingredients. I will be back for a third visit in the near future.
