  • Rude Receptionist. I was told there's a 4-6 week wait for a lawn estimate. I explained the company maintains the lawn through my HOA, but was told if I'm not a maintenance customer that would be the wait time. I asked what's a maintenance customer--- she said "if you're not paying us money monthly you will have to wait".... I am paying monthly ? Through my HOA Lady!!! They do below par work maintaining the property.
