  • I'm writing this review for Roxanne. Turn Style Consignment on Val Vista is a waste of your time. Roxanne is the most nastiest, ill-mannered, unwelcoming, and unprofessional manager. Unfortunately, it's my closest resale option. If it wasn't, I would not patronize this business. Clothing/Home goods are all from the late 90's to early 2000's. In worse conditions than the things you would bring in that are well worth selling. I don't understand Turn Style's reasonings to accept/unaccept items, when you shop in there and find stained dresses, over worn shoes, and home decor that is outdated. It's highly disadvantageous that whoever created Turn Style, is letting a person like Roxanne manage one of their stores. There are already multiple reviews on Roxanne, too. Turn Style, do you need anymore of a sign?
