  • Rich and the team at AccuPro are outstanding in every way. To begin with, the scheduling and communication with the office is excellent. Rich has done two inspections for me and I couldn't be happier. He's exceptionally thorough and really takes his time not only conducting the inspection but explaining the finding and remedies. He not only points out current problems but potential concerns for the future. But for Rich the process doesn't end after he performs the inspection and emails his very thorough and well-annotated summary and report. I had questions months after the inspection and Rich took the time to answer my concerns in a timely and complete fashion. For me, buying a home has been a nerve wracking experience. With Rich inspecting the house, I felt comfortable knowing exactly what I was getting into; the good, the bad and the ugly of it. I would guess that hiring Rich and AccuPro saved me thousands of dollars in the long run and certainly provided peace of mind.
