  • I would choose no stars if possible. Traveled to Arizona after the death of my father. BEFORE I ARRIVED, they ran my card for the full 8 day stay. When I got to the room, it looked nothing like the website. The air conditioning didn't work. One of the burners on the stove didn't work. The shower spray was something like a straw with a few random holes poked in it. Showering was.... interesting. I questioned why the room looked nothing like the photo, the employee calmly said, "oh that's another location". I told her that due to my having multiple sclerosis, the air conditioning malfunctioning was a non-starter. She was clearly unconcerned. The air would kick in occasionally, which to her meant all was good and she viewed that as resolved. When I asked about the pans to cook, I was told they were available to purchase at the front desk. What? I have Never had to pay for this at an extended stay. You are blessed with two towels and two washcloths, if you wanted them cleaned or more, 10 dollar charge. I asked for a refund Immediately, the employee said she would call a manager. After an hour not hearing back, I called the front desk again, where I was told "your refund is not an urgent matter, we will talk to him on Monday". Translation, "we have your money, Screw you". I had to purchase towels at a store because I would not pay them a dime for more towels. I also bought some cooking utensils which I gave to my mother when I left. Their free internet is a joke. I had to pay an additional 15 charge to access the internet so I could actually work, despite being touted as great for business travelers. The charge for internet was supposed to be good for a week. Oops, didn't work the next day. To call the service provider, there is a charge to use their phone, I used my cell. The key cards worked intermittently and offen didn't work at all. I had to rely on the kindness of other guests to open doors for us. Finally, the laundry.... while I thought they were great at first, I had several times I would run my card for the dryers only to get a "no sale" message. Frustrated, I moved my things to another dryer. When I looked at my statement, it turned out it was a "no sale" for me, not for them. Yay more free money for them!!! I swear I expected to be told it was a joke. As it turns out, it was a joke, on me. I felt like a hostage because I had limited funds and couldn't go somewhere else after they took all my funds. It is worth the money to stay somewhere else!!
