  • The Costco sales representative was responsive to inquiries, well-informed, and estimated delivery times and related factors very well. While the Costco price was not the lowest quote we received (Chicago Honda dealerships offered ~ $500 less on the vehicle we bought), the simplicity of local delivery, attentiveness of the sales rep, and a reasonable price won out. The only downside was a push for the purchase of an extended warranty at the conclusion of the sale: an item that can be purchased later from any Honda dealership or 3rd party insurance provider if you're inclined to do so. If Zimbrick had disclosed the extended warranty program details (costs and coverage) earlier in the process (e.g. moment I submitted "earnest money" for the vehicle) rather than at the moment of sale, I would have given the dealership 5 stars.
