  • They all need to be FIRED!! Or else apple it's goanna watch its location sales drop. Their staff seems like bunch of high school drop outs who got a job as a technician making 2 dollars more than minimum wage. Now this is the highest they willl ever achieve anything in life. The technician was trying to convince me that he gets paid 50$ an hr! Lmfao He thinks technician two weeks apple dumbed down training is same as an engineer who holds a 6 years degree!! Hahaha I laughed at him. They actually take that "genius" title seriously! Hahahahha lol Omg! Their like kids who are pretending to play game. Hahaha Record them if you go, be ready for tons of attitude problems. I had a phone with warranty and the guy was trying to find an excuses to not want to have my phone repaired! He wrote down some lies in their system and said your warranty is voided. He was expecting for me to lose it.. I didn't and with a smile on my face. I told him to wait went and grabbed another new iPhone 7 front of him and bought it right off at its full priced! And I laughed at him! He didn't looked too pleased! Haha I'm like you seem "upset, don't worry work here another 9 years and by then iPhone 2G should be around your priced ranged!" With a smile on my face i walked out. LoL! You don't know what ppl do for their profession! Thus why you shouldn't assume ppls income/level Mr Genius Bar. Haha
