  • Presently, at the Thai Royal Massage and I must tell you how disappointed I am. The lady spent about 15 mins on my back and five minutes gently rubbing lotion on my feet. When I went to ask her what was doing she said she don't speak english. Talking to management was like speaking to a brick wall. After I made the issues abundantly clear--they had the woman actually give me a really foot massage. Be careful who you allow to work on you there!!! Be even more careful with their shady management, they will do anything to twist the facts. Generally speaking, I live by the general rule of not complaining and simply never returning but I believe everyone should get a fair warning. And please note, they offered to give me a free massage next time--I declined stating I would never return.
