I am very conflicted on this. Our room was ready when we checked in which was nice because after a long drive you did not want to have to hang out and wait. Room was. Very clean, bed was extremely comfy and plenty of pillows. Although I did have a few issues with the room that I would like to share.
1- Upon check in the first thing I always do is check the restroom, I used to be a housekeeper at one of the larger hotels on the strip. So I always check. Well I looked at the toilet and what I saw at the bottom of the toilet was what appeared as poop marks. I immediately called housekeeping they sent a manager and housekeeper up to investigate and determined I was from the plumber who tried to clear the drain and scratches the bowl with his snake. Well maybe they should figure out a way to take care of that . It's called Bar Keepers friend, it will remove those scratch marks.
2- while they were there I also asked about the stench of cigarettes, the manager explained oh yes our rooms are non smoking but a previous
guest had smoked and they were masking the smell with deodorizer. Which did not work. She explained that they had no other rooms available. Guess I'm stuck in this stench.
3- the shower/tub creeked when you moved, suggestion: try foaming the tub to correct that noise or stabilize it a little better.
If you ever stay at this hotel they are very nice and room was clean but don't stay in room 312, it's noisy, stinks, and toilet looks funny
BREAKFAST was great!!!!!
