  • Exact same experience as pretty much everyone else... Classic "BAIT AND SWITCH"... Was told $50 Service call fee & $39.00 labor to pick lock... Guy shows up and immediately says $159.00... To which I responded NOPE ! Back and forth over the phone with his "Supervisor". He picks my lock and writes me an invoice for $119.00.... To which I responded.... NOPE Again! I told him I was quoted $90 over the phone and THAT'S what I'm writing the check for..... If you don't like it " Lock the door again" ! Then he says...." Just make the check out to me"........ The whole damn company is full of thieves !!!!!! GEEEEEEEZE .....
