I purchased a recliner couch but after 4 days I felt it was not working out because it was hurting my back. I looked at the return policy in my agreement and I did not see any issues about returning it, so I contacted The Dump customer service, informed them of my challenge and wanted to find out what my options were? I even told customer service that I understood I might have to pay some additional fees, that I am fine with that and I would like to get something else instead like maybe a bed or something. Unfortunately, I was told that they could not take the couch back for the reason I gave them. Needless to say this was somewhat disappointing and especially when they would be making even more money from the end result. I really did like their furniture and the sales person who waited on me was very nice too, but she even said we could work something out at the time of the sale. This is a true shame because I was approved for a $12K credit line with this store and had planned to purchase even more items from them over the next couple of weeks, but due to them not willing to work something out with me, I will no longer consider The Dump for any more purchases or ever recommend them.
