  • First I want to say the food was amazing. We tried literally everything on the HH menu, and had sake to wash it down. Food was amazing. Service was so-so. They screwed up our tabs, overcharging me and other in our party. We didn't have any flatwear/chopsticks for a straight minute, and had to flag down someone to get some minutes after our food arrived. Service needs to be tightened up, they need a manager on duty at all times or something. Also it's not a bad idea to have your food runner smile. He hates his job and he projects it, dampening our loose, and fun group.
