  • Every time I go there it seems like the employees are no where to be seen. They don't seem very knowledgeable about the products they have. Today I called the store twice and the phone rang and rang. I wanted to talk to a groomer but the number for the groomers was not on the website. So I decided to go there. I thought it would be busy or understaffed and that is why no one answered the phone but I was wrong. When I got there it was empty as usual and they had three employees hanging around...then I come to find out the groomers had closed at 2:00 and it was 2:30. I mentioned to the cashier that I had called and no one answered he had nothing to say or even an apology. I also asked if I was calling the right number and I was! So what happened? The guy had no answer. The employees there always seems so bored and unhappy with their job. Why even work there? I know I will never be returning to this pet store. And the groomers just lost some more business thanks to the front of the store staff.
