  • The location is great. I have been here several times. The service here is fair. They are nice when you order, but you are paying premium prices for a custom drink. About 1/2 the time they don't write my specifications down. If I order 2" of heavy cream, they put a B for Breve. I want heavy cream not 1/2 and 1/2. Today I ordered iced, and when all the ice melted I went back in for more ice. I was completely ignored for 10 minutes. Keeping her head down. I went back in the pay line to ask for ice. That was another wait, though I was the only one in line. It was obvious as I held up my already purchased drink, that I didn't need much. Oh well. I'm over it.
