  • Came here for a bang trim and that's exactly all I was allowed to get. I was directing the stylist where I needed my bangs cut and she seemed hesitate. The owner was pacing behind the chair watching her every move. I barely got anything cut and was in the chair for less than 15 minutes and the price came to $25. I asked the owner if I needed a little more cut could I come back and she responded with "well no because I saw she did some framing around the face which is normally $50 but I'm only charging you $25." That is absolutely ridiculous because of course you would have to blend the bangs with the rest of your hair. I feel the price should reflect how much time the stylist took and $25 for less than 15 minutes is pretty good. She should have just made me happy and I would have come back for more cuts and maybe even a color. So sorry Crystal, the owner stopped you from making money and gaining a repeat client. She also had the audacity to hand me a stack of business cards to hand out for a referral program. You can't satisfy my needs, but want me to refer you? Absolutely not!
