  • This company started out as a great company when Javier ran the show. Over a year they service had gone down tremendously. We have been double charged, charged without being asked, both the pool gate and yard gate left open (we have a 2 yr old and 2 dogs). The pool guy changed every week and on the report they left every week said they cleaned the pool for 20-30 mins and every week I timed it and they were in and out within 7 mins. We are very disappointed with Complete Pool care and have elected to cancel the service. We gave them so many chances and they did nothing to want to keep our business.
