  • Beware if you have any kind of return or issue the management will NOT help you and try everything in their power to delay and ignore you. I returned a machine here in new condition less than 10 days after purchase. Make sure you know this, it is their policy. The machine was a gift and I did not use it and would not have time to do so. I returned it even though I appreciated that my husband wanted me to start a fun hobby. Anyway, upon return everything was fine, but after a month I called the store asking if the corporate check had been issued. No response. 6 weeks later I went down there only to be ignored and given excuses. I finally called corporate and they told me that a refund was never submitted! After a lot of hassle and confrontation, I finally got my money back 9 weeks after I had returned the machine. According to corporate I should have gotten the check in less than 4 weeks if the refund had been submitted. The manager Beth claimed she couldnt do it due to fax errors and then she claimed my messages were unclear. No documentation was provided and my messages are very clear. In any case, that is why I will never shop here again or refer friends here. They were so nice to my husband when he bought the machine and so rude when we returned it. Customer service is so important and this location is lacking.
