  • I have been a pretty regular Enterprise customer for the past few years and just joined the Enterprise Plus program. My experience last week at the Charlotte-Douglas Airport was terrific. I got my car promptly and was given top notch service by all the Enterprise team members. I also got a brand new Jeep for only a $5 upgrade charge. So I really appreciated the manner in which I was treated by their staff. They have been good to me so I expect that I will be a loyal customer and continue to give them my business.
