  • Not happy with the pretentious attitude of sales staff and finance manager, although I won't mention the 3 specific names so as to avoid retaliation in the future. PNS was very aware of the fact that they were the only p-car dealer in AZ and as such played many games with pricing. Ordering a car out of state is much more cost effective than giving your money to PNS. Very, very, very happy for Porsche Chandler to be a "semi-local" competitor. Everyone please note the following - Porsche dealers around the country regularly offer 6-10% off MSRP whereas this stealer was charging above and beyond MSRP for a basic 911 with no incentive whatsoever. I did end up purchasing a $140k 911 after they called me 1-month from my initial visit with an "incentive", I nearly wrapped up my purchase from Bev Hills Porsche when this stealer came back with a matching price. Yes, Porsche North Scottsdale charges more than Beverly Hills Porsche!!!!!! Service and parts staff perform their respective jobs well and are on par with real Porsche dealers in NYC and LA. 2 Stars for parts and service staff only.
