  • They were polite and considerate. They didn't try to hard sell. I would give it 5 stars but their sales person was clueless about Lexus in general and the LS sedan that I test drove a week ago.They really should have treated me with more respect that sticking a completely novice sales person who had no knowledge of their cars. I knew more than he did and was educating him. It was comical. When I asked about certain options, he had no clue and had that blank stare and I had to educate him. I can't believe they would let that sales person deal with customers. The dealership itself looks old and outdated and something straight out of the 1990's. I've seen Toyota dealerships that are more impressive. It's not very posh and doesn't lend to the idea that you are buying an expensive car. But I would easily buy a Lexus here! They definitely didn't have that ostentatious swagger that you often find at luxury dealerships and that appealed to me.
