  • We reserved a 40 person bus. The bus showed up and the AC wasn't working, and it was 110 degrees on the bus. Then they promised us (which turned out to be a lie), that they would be sending us a new bus that had AC. It turns out we got the same bus, only it was 1 hour later than we expected it. And now we were late for our event, the AC still didn't work, and the entire bus smelled like human excrement because the bathroom on the bus hadn't been cleaned and it had baking in the sun all day. WHAT A JOKE!!! Beyond disappointed!!!!
