Of the couple I've seen and the reviews I've read, this doggy day care company at this location seem to have the following going for them: every single employee at location seems to care & love dogs, facility was pretty clean (especially considering there are constantly dogs coming in & out; I saw employees pick up dog messes in the play area within 4 minutes of being made), I saw proof that humans monitor the interaction of the dogs; I like the real time cams where you can see how your pet is doing, and it seems like everything the dogs could possibly need is provided. Notes for improvement: 1) allow owners somehow to enter the dog run on first day to help ease nervous pups (like mine) into the place & 2) some how incorporate a better nighttime solution since some dogs (such as mine) may be used to having people around AND having access to the potty area (in my case, backyard) at all times during the night. At Camp Bow Wow, although the cams are monitored and there are several security measures in place, the dogs must remain in large crates (which can house their home bedding if desired) from 7pm -6am... Overall, however, I'm a fan.
