  • Oh my goodness...... I had a groupon so decided to try it. First of all they did not know how to process the groupon, after 20 minutes they tell me I will have to pay additional service fees on top of the groupon. Wrong that's not how groupon works. They they said 45-1 hr.... Urgh but oh well I already paid. 2 hrs and 45 minutes later my car was still sitting in the parking lot. I got my keys back called groupon and got my money back and promptly left. Even if you don't have a groupon the regular charge for synthetic oil change here is nearly $80 .... Stay away from this place. Sad Sears used to be such a reliable place.
