  • I called Ryan, the owner/operator. He contacted me back within less than 30 minutes. Due to schedule conflicts, he was extremely accommodating, as well as very professional and reassuring. He didn't take advantage of me for being a woman with with absolutely no knowledge about garage doors or the mechanics of them - as well as not making me feel inadequate or dumb for that fact. He worked around my busy schedule, found the problem and fixed it within minutes. He also did a thorough inspection of the entire garage door and unit, fixed and reprogrammed the keypad, and took the time to explain and physically show me what to do if on the very slim chance something went wrong after he fixed everything. MORE IMPORTANTLY, he recalled my mention of having a baby. He adjusted the settings for me to ensure my child's safety as he becomes more mobile. That alone was even more impressive!!!!! Very honest, upfront, patient, accommodating, and professional. Not a scum bag looking to rip off people (especially us naive ones!). I definitely recommend him and his company to anyone who needs help with their garage needs.
