  • I put 2 stars because yes there have been 2 employees that have been great. But the rest are questionable. I have a wedding ring set from there that I have only had for a year and 9 months and I have already had to take it in 3 times because the one diamond on the side has fallen out and then i had a lose stone. Then I have a necklace that I got for Valentines day 2014 that the chain broke on about a year after receiving it I took it in and they replaced the chain. Then the chain they replaced it with broke after 6 months and when i took it in they said they were going to sauter it back together when I got it back I only had it for 3 months when it broke again. My husband took it in and the employee got him to pay for a new chain that was $400 and I have only had that for 2 months now and just this morning I had the little heart tab fall off the end of the chain so I can't wear it. I'm completely done with how cheap there jewelry is and I wouldn't be going back if I didn't have my jewelry insured.
