  • After continuously being let down by big businesses, this company deserves 10 stars. Came to do a tune-up after the "big company" decided (at the last minute/same day scheduled) they could not make the appointment made 2 WEEKS AGO. AND Arid Valley Mechanical came the same day as the "big company" was supposed to come. Now we don't have to waste another vacation day waiting for service. I am in purchasing so I know how important good service and value are. These guys exceed every expectation.
