  • Great job. But talk to Bill. The office staff and another salesperson (D) were unfriendly and not very helpful. I worked with Bill reviewing the quote, ordering the sun screens, and the installation. He was great. I had a small issue with our homeowners assn and tried calling the company, and they wanted to charge me more because of their mess up. But when I called Bill up, bam, it was taken care of, no problem. We a small problem with one and he came right back and fixed it. The final product was great. Very happy with the shades. Just ask for Bill.
