Not from Pittsburgh but I have heard a lot of great things about the place so I knew I had to check it out. Turns out to be well worth the hype and the wait- A 15 minute wait to order during lunch.
I couldn't make up my mind on what I wanted so I got the beef empanadas and the spicy chorizo sausage with toast.
The empanadas were filled very well and crispy with a lot of flavor packed in. Definitely something I would be getting again and among the best empanadas I've ever had.
The spicy chorizo didn't feel too hot at first but it had great late kick to it and was exactly what I was hoping for.
They had a bunch of other things on the menu that I would like to try another time, so I can guarantee that I'll be back on my next trip into town.
