  • I recently took my 2012 Jetta to Fletcher Jones Collision Center to have a dent and scratches on the rear fender/bumper repaired. I worked with Wesley and couldn't have been happier. From the beginning I was greeted by their professional and courteous staff. After looking at my car, the estimate was completed and explained. Throughout the repair process Wesley called to update me on the progress. My car was completed on time and when I arrived to pick it up it was cleaned and detailed. Their level of attention to detail was outstanding! The fit and finish of the new/repaired parts was factory quality and the paint matched perfectly. I would not think twice about returning in the future and would highly recommend Fletcher Jones Collision Center for all you collision repair needs!
