  • In full disclosure I used to own and operate a BBQ restaurant so I may be a bit more critical of a BBQ place. Rollin Smoke is decent place , but they do not really explore the depth of tastes that come from with a real smoker. and sauce I don't have anything ill to say about Rollin Smoke, but it is far from the best BBQ in Vegas (I am not yet ready to name that place). I ordered the brisket, chicken and ribs. If you are nearby and need BBQ, this could work for you.
