Last time I came, my experience was not so memorable. The Rudy ( the GM) sent me an email. I have to say, every time you have a bad experience and you write a bad review, the GM invite you back for a free meal or want to send you a gift certificate ( I never accept it). This time, it was different.. Rudy sent me a very personal email, about dropping the ball. I know buy experience, everybody can have a bad day, even a chef can cook you a bad meal and missed.
Due to the professionalism of Rudy, I decide for one time to take the offer and came back with a friend. My meal was spot on and my friend was happy.
I really want to thanks Rudy for being one of the few GM in town who really and sincerely cares about his customers.
