Hotel is fabulous. Room is furnished with comfortable bedding, but front desk staff member isn't very well trained in hotel hospitality.

I asked the guy at the desk to give me change for $10. A Five and Five Ones.
Response: I don't have any ones, check at the bar!!
**if YOU know that you're "out" of ones, YOU go over to bar and get change for your drawer!!!!!!
Super Bad Guest Service. I'm hoping his manager will read this and educate him on customer/guest service.
The whole reason for the getting change was to "Tip" the staff at this Hotel!!!
