  • I can't express how disappointed I am with your company! I work front desk and I specialize on making my guest feel as much accommodated as I can. Now my guest is wheel chair accessible. Naturally I called your company to assist with such a request. My guest waited half an hour and still after he decided to go to his room and have room service instead ; still nothing! Very disappointed. And we're here in Las Vegas where he can enjoy the many places to enjoy. If I can make this a zero star I would.
