  • I'm really curious how this place has great reviews. I got a gel mani and regular pedi on Friday. From the start, my friend and I didn't feel welcome here. The nail techs didn't talk to us AT ALL. I looked around and the 2 other customers there were being ignored like we were. There were many times when we were all looking around bc there were several times when our techs randomly just stopped what they were doing and walked around lightly cleaning things that were not at their station. The people doing my nails did the absolute minimum. Only a few of my cuticles were cut, nails were not filed, and the polish job is embarrassing. The gel polish started peeling just 4 days later. Needless to say, I will not be back.
