  • I was a bit skeptical at first when 2 salesmen knocked on our door. I usually don't take too kindly to solicitors, but I figured I'd give a listen since home security was something I was already considering. Ronnie and Christian were 2 very polite gentlemen and explained the services well. They were not pushy and actually listened and adjusted to our needs. After signing some papers and agreeing to a contract Sergio, the technician, arrived later that night to install the system. It was done cleanly, professionally, and he took the time to explain its features. A couple days later he returned to make sure that the 2 way speaker was working properly and tested the system. The only thing I would suggest to this company is to set up a local office that customers can visit or update their website to where we can make payments and retrieve contract documents. I was a bit hesitant to hand a couple of guys off the street a check for the first month and a voided check to set up the auto payments. From my research, I think its worth noting that the system uses Monitronics and CRS is only an "authorized dealer/provider."
