  • I bought some skunked wine here and not knowing that it was bad, took it to a house party. I was embarrassed when I had to spit it out because it was so terribly expired and sour. I didn't bring the bottle back home with me that night but I had purchased a "buy 2 for $10 deal". I went to customer service and returned the one bottle I didn't drink, but she couldn't give me the money back for the other bottle. I realize that their policy is that they need the product in hand, but after she gave me credit for the second bottle, she has basically conceded that it was bad. A more reputable company would have apologized for selling skunked wine and given me the refund.
